Welcome to Rounds Systems. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Rounds Systems, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Rounds, you must:

  • Be a licensed medical professional OR a healthcare institution
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Have a valid PMDC number or equivalent medical license (for doctors)

3. Account Registration

3.1 Verification

We verify all medical professionals through PMDC number validation. False or misleading information will result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You May:

  • Share clinical cases for educational discussion (without patient identifiers)
  • Connect and network with other verified medical professionals
  • Apply for and post locum positions
  • Participate in CME events
  • Send direct messages to other users

4.2 You May NOT:

  • Share patient-identifiable information (names, photos, locations)
  • Provide medical advice to non-professionals through the platform
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
  • Share copyrighted material without permission
  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the platform

5. Clinical Discussions & Patient Privacy

⚠️ IMPORTANT: All clinical case discussions must be de-identified. Never share patient names, photos, specific locations, or any information that could identify a patient.

By sharing clinical cases, you confirm that:

  • All patient information has been anonymized
  • You have appropriate consent or the case is sufficiently de-identified
  • The discussion is for educational purposes only

6. Locum Marketplace

6.1 For Doctors:

  • You are responsible for verifying job details before accepting
  • Commitments made through the platform should be honored
  • All employment terms are between you and the hiring institution

6.2 For Hospitals:

  • Job postings must be accurate and not misleading
  • Payment terms must be clearly stated
  • Rounds does not guarantee doctor availability

6.3 Disclaimer

Rounds facilitates connections but is NOT a party to employment agreements. We do not charge agency fees or take commission from locum arrangements.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Rounds Systems owns all platform content, design, and trademarks
  • You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a license to display it
  • You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform or content

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Accuracy of information shared by users
  • Continuous, uninterrupted service
  • That the platform will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Rounds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any)
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by other users

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rounds Systems from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Provide false verification information

You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
